Privacy Policy

Systemata builds operational systems for agencies. That means we handle sensitive information about how your business runs. Here is exactly what we collect and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us directly — name, email address, company, and anything you type into a form or booking widget on this site.

Engagement information you share while we scope or deliver work, including operational documents, process notes, and system access you explicitly grant us.

Basic usage analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule and run Diagnostics, and deliver contracted work.

To send you material you asked for, such as the operational teardown checklist.

To understand which pages perform, so we can improve the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers.

We do not use your operational data to train third-party AI models.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the business — scheduling, email, hosting, and analytics providers. They receive only what they need to perform their function and are bound to protect it.

Retention

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time.

Requests go to the contact below and are handled within a reasonable period.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect and how long we keep it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
