Every paid engagement — including the Diagnostic — runs under a signed statement of work or services agreement. That document controls scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. If it ever conflicts with this page, that document wins.
We deliver what the statement of work names. Work outside that scope requires a written change order before it starts.
Delivery depends on you providing timely access, decisions, and information. Delays on your side move the timeline.
Fees are fixed and stated in the agreement. Invoices are due on the terms listed there. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Booking a call creates no payment obligation. Only a signed agreement does.
On full payment, you own the systems, documentation, and workflows we build specifically for you.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and tooling, and may reuse them on other engagements.
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the work.
We build operational systems; results depend on how your team adopts and runs them. We do not guarantee specific revenue, margin, or growth outcomes.
Engagements often connect tools we do not control, such as your CRM, project management, and billing platforms. Their availability, pricing, and terms are theirs, not ours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
